Leacock Presbyterian Church

On Christmas Sunday, December 21, there will be a Christmas Service at 9:30 a.m. at the Paradise Church to worship the birth of our Savior. The Chancel Choir will present Joseph Martin’s Cantata, “Ceremony of Candles”, featuring creative arrangements of familiar carols and several new pieces. The singers will lead the worship that morning as they move from the darkness of “Bleak Mid-WInter ” to the light of Bethlehem and His birth……..Leacock Presbyterian Church will  hold two Christmas Eve Services on Wednesday, December 24. The 7 p.m. service  will be held in the sanctuary at the Paradise Church. An original nativity play, “The Best Gift Ever” –  written and directed by Leacocks’  Paula Hughes –  will be performed by the Leacock Sunday School Classes, followed by a Family candle lighting service. The 11 p.m. service of Lessons and Carols concluding with candle lighting, will be held at the Historic Old Leacock Presbyterian Church, which is located at the corner of Old Leacock Road and the Old Philadelphia Pike, one mile west of Intercourse.
