- When on safe conditions exist Sunday morning worship will be cancelled the decision to close will be made by the available members from the following pastor, clerk of session, trustee president. The decision will be communicated by 7:00 AM to mass media the church website and the church answering machine. Additionally the pastor will send a group e-mail if services are cancelled.
