“I’ll Fly Away” Sunday, April 27

Leacock Presbyterian Church, 3181 Lincoln Highway East, Paradise, will present Servant Stage Company’s Program “I’ll Fly Away” in a live performance at 3:00 p.m. on Sunday, April 27. This talented group of Old-Time Gospel Vocalists and Instrumentalists will offer a hand-clapping, foot-stomping, uplifting affair of fiddles, banjos and fabulous harmonies, wonderfully presented by a cast of more than twenty Performers of all ages!..The Show will be staged as an old-time radio broadcast featuring four musical groups – each representing a different style of gospel music – with Jon Rider of Strasburg, playing the radio host. The musical groups will be The Hughes Family Singers, Backwood Bluegrass Boys, The Southern Gentlemen Vocal Band and The Servant Sisters. Included will be songs and hymns such as “I’ll Fly Away”, “Sweet By and By” and “Down by the River to Pray”    Servant Stage Company’s goal is to serve our communities with outstanding musical and theatrical experiences, make the Arts accessible to all and create performances that inspire, educate, challenge, and entertain, and have fun while doing it!..The Concert is free and open to the public – a free-will offering will be taken..
